BAE Collectibles LLC (DBA Pop Thrills) is a stored based in New Haven, CT. We used to be in Arizona and you may know us from there!

FINAL SALE ITEMS: All items on sale, as well as mystery boxes, grails, and autographed items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

SHIPPING: We do our best to select, pack, and ship our Pops with great care. Please allow 1-2 business days after placing the order for us to process and hand off your package to the mail carrier from our Connecticut warehouse.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY: We want you to be thrilled with your collectibles! We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

• Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition received, including original, undamaged packaging.

• Process: Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or offer store credit.

• Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement if available.

MYSTERY BOXES: We do our best to offer these with a minimum value guarantee of what you paid for it. We pack these in batches, so you and a friend might get the same type of box. As stated in our policy, Mystery Boxes are Final Sale.
