BAE Collectibles LLC (DBA Pop Thrills) is an ecommerce only store based out of New Haven, CT. We used to be in Arizona and you may know us from there!

SHIPPING: We do our best to select, pack, and ship our Pops with great care. Please allow 1-2 business days after placing the order for us to process and hand off your package to the mail carrier from our Connecticut warehouse.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY: We want you to be thrilled with your collectibles! We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition received, including original, undamaged packaging.

  • Process: Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or offer store credit.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement if available. If no replacement is available we will issue a full refund.

MYSTERY BOXES: We do our best to offer these with a minimum value guarantee of what you paid for it. We pack these in batches, so you and a friend might get the same type of box. As stated in our policy, Mystery Boxes are Final Sale.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: All items on sale marked as final sale, as well as mystery boxes, grails, and autographed items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
