Refund policy

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your collectibles! We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or have damage to their packaging.

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or offer store credit.

  • Return Shipping: For standard returns, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Our Error? We Fix It!: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement if available.

  • Final Sale: All items on sale, as well as mystery boxes, grails, and autographed items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
